At Grange, we hold an anti-bullying week every year. It is a great way to get involved, take a stand against bullying and raise awareness amongst children in our school. During the week, children learned about different types of bullying and ways to report it. They took part in a whole school assembly and completed activities aimed at educating them against bullying.
This year, we asked children to wear odd socks to support the cause. The aim was to not only show support anti-bullying, but to encourage and empower children to embrace their differences (hence the odd socks). It is a great way to raise awareness and ensure that children are educated on bullying, its affects and to take a stand!
