Head teacher’s welcome

Welcome to our website, I am honoured to be the head of Grange Primary school.  As a school we firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school and therefore regard you as an active partner in your child’s education.

On behalf of the staff and governors, I would like to warmly welcome you to our site. Grange is a small one form entry school committed to providing an inclusive education that meets the needs of all pupils in its care. Children are at the heart of everything we do and our aim is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to develop a real passion for learning in a safe, happy and stimulating environment.

At Grange we are committed to providing a broad and balanced curriculum, which offers a range of activities and experiences that prepares pupils well for the next phase of their education.

I do hope you find the information you are looking for and look forward to welcoming you into our school should you choose to visit.

Thank you for visiting our website.

Safeguarding Statement

Grange Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We have many policies and procedures in place that contribute to our safeguarding commitment, including our Child Protection and Anti–Bulling Policies which can be viewed in the policies section on our website.

Sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns about a child’s welfare. We will ensure that our concerns about our pupils are discussed with parents/carers first, unless we have a reason to believe that to do so would be in conflict with the child’s welfare.
